urbanlyfeYou may cancel your Urbanlyfe subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase and receive a refund for any unused portion of the service period. The unused portion of the service period refers to the prorated remaining full days of the subscription period. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request. To request a refund, please contact our support team via our website. Both the cancellation and refund request must be made within the 30-day period.
Refunds are applicable only to users who subscribed directly through Urbanlyfe's official channels (website and app). If you subscribed via a third-party provider, please refer to their respective refund policies. Refunds for payments made through cash or bank transfer are not available. Each user is eligible for one refund request per account.
After the initial 30-day period, Urbanlyfe's subscription fees are non-refundable, and any refund or credit will be provided solely at Urbanlyfe's discretion. Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service will forfeit all payments and are not eligible for a refund.
Any approved refund will be issued in the original currency and payment method used at the time of purchase. Requests to convert credits or balances into other currencies will be at Urbanlyfe's discretion and subject to prevailing exchange rates.
If a payment obligation is not met, Urbanlyfe reserves the right to downgrade your account to a free tier or limited access plan. Accounts exceeding the free tier's usage limits may experience restricted features, including limited access to inventory management, analytics, and marketing tools.
Subscriptions and credits are linked to the original account used to purchase them and are non-transferable. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, you agree to waive your right to a direct refund from Urbanlyfe and rely solely on the third-party's dispute resolution process. Any costs arising from a dispute (such as chargeback fees) may be charged to your Urbanlyfe account. In the event of a dispute, Urbanlyfe reserves the right to suspend your account until resolution.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
