Urbanlyfe is a SaaS platform that connects health-conscious and sustainable brands with organic retailers. Our platform provides tools for inventory management, analytics, promotional messaging, and more to support seamless, efficient partnerships.
2. Eligibility
To access Urbanlyfe, users must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Comply with applicable laws and not engage in prohibited activities.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must register for an account to use Urbanlyfe's services. By creating an account, you agree to:

- Notify Urbanlyfe immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Urbanlyfe is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

1. Services for Retailers

- Promotional Messaging: Send promotions directly to customers via WhatsApp and email.

2. Subscription and Payments
Retailers may be required to subscribe to access certain features of the Platform. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees.
- Comply with renewal, cancellation, and payment policies as detailed in your subscription terms.
- Allow Urbanlyfe to charge the designated payment method for fees.
3. Retailer Responsibilities
Retailers using Urbanlyfe are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of all inventory, sales, and other data entered on the Platform.
- Using Urbanlyfe's promotional features responsibly and refraining from any spam-like behavior.
- Ensuring their products meet legal standards and comply with all local and national regulations for organic goods.
4. Prohibited Uses
Urbanlyfe is not responsible for:
- Retailers' inventory decisions based on Platform insights.
- Losses resulting from misuse of promotional tools or consumer insights.
Terms for Brands
1. Services for Brands
Urbanlyfe provides the following key services for health-conscious brands:
- Retail Partnership: Connect directly with organic retailers, expanding offline distribution.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor product inventory at partner stores and make replenishment decisions based on data.
- Consumer and Market Insights: Access valuable data on customer behavior and preferences.
- Product Promotion: Enhance brand visibility by sending product promotions to partner stores' customers.
2. Subscription and Payment
Brands are required to subscribe to access the Platform. Subscription terms include:
- Pay all applicable fees.
- Compliance with renewal, cancellation, and billing policies as defined at the time of subscription.
- Authorization for Urbanlyfe to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees.
3. Brand Responsibilities
Brands are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about products, including health claims and certifications.
- Complying with advertising regulations and ensuring all promotional content is honest and accurate.
- Using the Platform's consumer insights ethically and respecting consumer privacy.
4. Prohibited Uses
Brands are not permitted to:
- Misuse consumer insights or market data for practices that could harm consumer privacy or violate legal standards.
- Distribute misleading or false information about products or their benefits.
- Use Urbanlyfe's services to engage in unfair competition.
5. Liability Limitation for Brands
Urbanlyfe disclaims liability for:
- Brands' use of consumer insights and analytics data for inventory or marketing decisions.
- Losses resulting from reliance on data insights or analytics provided by Urbanlyfe.
Additional Terms
1. Modification of Terms
Urbanlyfe may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Termination
Urbanlyfe reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Platform's services will cease immediately.
3. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, users agree to first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under arbitration rules of Indian jurisdiction.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in this region for matters not subject to arbitration.
